This all started as just a dream. One stallion and 2 mares. From there we have built this program. Focusing mostly on Mr Roan Hancock. When I started down this path with horses he stood out to me. Know I have lots of lines I love. Just his presence was something I really liked. Hancocks Blue Boy is another stallion I have grown very fond of. (Blue Pawnee Hancock). Pawnee is high percentage and one of the best horses I have ever had the experience of being around.

Deposits are None Refundable!
All horses have a 10 day grace period for finding hauling and Coggins to return, starts the day deposit is recieved or a signed contract. Coggins and Health are responsibility of buyers unless otherwise discussed.
After that it is a $15 day or a monthly fee of $400. Our hay is pretty high in our area. After 40 Days we retain the right to resale the horse.
We are willing to work with you! Just speak with us prior! Communication is key!
