This all started as just a dream. One stallion and 2 mares. From there we have built this program. Focusing mostly on Mr Roan Hancock.  Mr Roan Hancock adds bone, speed, and great minds. When I started down this path with horses he stood out to me. Now I have lots of lines I love. Just his presence was something I really liked. Hancocks Blue Boy is another stallion I have grown very fond of. (Blue Pawnee Hancock).
Pawnee is high percentage and one of the best horses I have ever had the experience of owning.
We also have a few other really exceptional crosses. 
If you are looking for bone and structure. Durability and longivity with an amazing personality check out our horses! If you want a friend/partner these are your horses.
If your wanting a versatile all around family friendly horse these are your horse!

Deposits are None Refundable!
​All horses have a 10 day grace period for finding hauling and Coggins to return, starts the day deposit is recieved or a signed contract.
Coggins and Health are responsibility of buyers unless otherwise discussed. Unfortunately prior buyers have ruined us paying for these. Due to none pickup of horses. 
After that it is a $15 day or a monthly fee of $400.


​After 45 Days we retain the right to resale the horse.
A deposit that again is NONE refundable regardless of situation.
​Again after 45 Days we retain the right to resale the horse.


Payment plans are available.
Must be paid on a regular basis. Every 30 days at minimum. Unless otherwise Open communication. 
After 45 days of none payment we will retain/relist the horse.
You can pick the day you make payments.
Reasonable payments only. Sorry $50 isn't a reasonable amount. 
6 months is the longest we can allow for payments. Unless in utero or again we have discussed it.
I am learning that we can't leave anything up for "discussion".
