Deposits are Nonrefundable!
​All horses have a 10 day grace period for finding hauling and Coggins to return, starts the day deposit is recieved or a signed contract.
Coggins and Health are responsibility of buyers unless otherwise discussed.  
After that it is a $15 day or a monthly fee of $400.
​After 45 Days we retain the right to resale the horse.
